  • What are your hours of operation?

    Monday – Thursday: 8:00AM – 7:00PM

    Friday: 8:00AM – 6:00PM

    Saturday: 10:00AM – 5:30PM

    Sunday: Closed

  • What insurances do you accept?

    We accept many insurance policies. Please contact (212) 421-1969 Ext. 112 to inquire about your policy.

  • How soon can I schedule an appointment?

    Many appointments can be scheduled for the same day.  

  • How long is my first visit?

    Your initial visit will be one hour. Follow up visits will be anywhere between 45 – 75 minutes depending on your therapy requirements.

  • Do I need a prescription for lymphedema therapy or post-operative breast cancer therapy?

    New York State does not require a prescription for the initial therapy visit however we encourage that you to obtain a prescription as it may be required by your insurance plan.

  • What should I wear for my initial therapy session?

    Our office will supply gowns therefore you are not required to bring any clothing with you.

  • What paperwork will be required on my first visit?

    Please bring your insurance ID card, prescription and any relevant medical documentation that may be helpful for your therapist. Also,  please allow 15 minutes prior to your first appointment in order to complete a health questionnaire.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    24 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
